We are an organisation set up in 1998 dedicated to looking after our feline friends.
We help rehome and rescue cats across merseyside and the surrounding areas.
Rescuing any cat is one of the most rewarding things we do here at Liverpool Cat Welfare, but remember this is a long term commitment and we need your help to continue our work.
Right now in our cattery we have many cats that are incredibily loving, intelligent and unique waiting patiently for somone like you to give them a new life.

A black and white feral kitten had been missing. Two days later, little Sofie returned to the garden where she was always fed. But to the lady's horror Sofie was covered from head to tail in thick, black oil, she looked so pitiful. Liverpool Cat Welfare were able to trap and take her to the local vets. She was sedated, bathed and after a over night stay, Sofie is recovering This is the second time... in a month we have been called out in the same area to cats covered in oil. We think someone may be throwing it over them. At £260 per cat in veterinary fees our small rescue wonders if any kind people would be willing to help us with a small donation towards costs.
